BOTOX
FDA approved therapy for chronic migraine. It is effective in treating patients who have 15 or more days of headache each month lasting 4 or more hours. It is administered in office every 3 months in head and neck regions to help prevent headaches.
Most insurance plans cover the cost of therapeutic Botox.
Abortive Injection
We now offer a variety of urgent care treatments in office. This enables patients with sudden severe attacks to be treated on site and stay out of the ER.

Trigger Point
Injection designed to reduce or relieve small knots in the muscle leading to myofascial pain. Lidocaine is injected into the muscle and it has been shown to be a very effective treatment method for alleviating symptoms.
SphenoCath
A minimally invasive procedure used to treat chronic migraine and cluster headaches. A small flexible device is inserted into the nose and a local anesthetic is injected into the nasal mucosa. This procedure is quick and painless and highly effective in treating complicated headache types.
Genetic Testing
We also offer genetic testing to help determine which medications work best for you. Genetics plays a role in the way a person responds to medication. Testing will show how your body metabolizes certain medications and will aid providers in establishing a prescription regimen specific to you. A copy of this report can be provided to you at no cost and can be available to all of your providers.
IV Infusion
FDA approved CGrP Antagonist drug administerd intravenously for the prevention of episodic and chronic migraine. Each session is 30 minutes and administerd every 3 months.
